That fragile peace is shattered when a monstrous Colossal Titan breaks through the outer wall, letting the giants pour in and overrun the city. Among the survivors is the young Eren Yeager, who loses his home and family in the assault and swears to wipe out every last Titan. Enlisting alongside his friends in the military's elite Scout Regiment, he ventures beyond the walls to fight the creatures and uncover the truth behind them.
