By creating an account or using Krit, you accept the terms below.

1. The service

Krit is a free game where you collect virtual cards of video games. The game is under development: features may be added, changed or removed, and game balance (odds, prices, rewards) may be adjusted at any time.

2. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for access to the Google or Discord account you log in with. Your player name must not be offensive, discriminatory, misleading or impersonate anyone.

3. Virtual items

Cards, boosters and Pixels are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or sold outside the game. They remain part of the service and are not the player's property. Trades between players are only possible with the in-game tools.

4. Code of conduct

Forbidden: bots, scripts or exploits to gain an advantage; multiple accounts; market manipulation; abusive behaviour towards other players; insults, spam and posting links. You can report a profile, a Lobby message or a private message. The moderation team may remove messages, mute you from chat, send a warning or ban the account temporarily or permanently. Breaches may lead to suspension or deletion of the account and removal of items obtained unfairly.

5. Content and rights

Game information comes from IGDB (www.igdb.com). Game names, covers and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and rights holders. Krit is not affiliated with any of them. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, write to support@krit.games: requests are handled quickly.

6. Private messages and moderation

Private messages are only visible to the two players involved. Moderators and administrators can only read a private conversation if a message from that conversation has been reported, and only that conversation. Every access is recorded in an internal log.

7. Liability

The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or bugs. After a technical issue, fixes or in-game compensation may be given, without obligation.

VIP subscription

VIP is an optional monthly subscription at €4.99 per month, charged automatically every month on the anniversary of the subscription. It gives access to the perks described on the VIP page, which may change as the game evolves. Payment is handled by Stripe: Krit never has access to your card details.

You can cancel at any time from the VIP page ("Manage my subscription"): VIP stays active until the end of the period already paid, then is not renewed. No prorated refund is made for a started period.

VIP is digital content provided immediately. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing your 14-day withdrawal right once it is activated. For payment issues or questions, write to support@krit.games.

If a VIP account is suspended or deleted for breaking the rules, the subscription is cancelled without refund of the current period.

8. Hosting

The site is hosted by OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change. Continuing to play means you accept the new version. They are governed by French law. Questions: support@krit.games.
